Privacy Policy

1. Scope of This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how On Location Marketing, Inc. and its affiliated brands and services collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information.

On Location Marketing, Inc. is the parent company of On Location Marketing, We’ve Got Swag, and RewardsCard.vip. In this Privacy Policy, “On Location Marketing,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer collectively to On Location Marketing, Inc. and the websites, brands, platforms, products, and services it owns or operates.

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected through onlocationmarketing.com, wevegotswag.com, rewardscard.vip, webpages and services linking to this Privacy Policy, quote and sample requests, customer accounts, online purchases, rewards and loyalty services, email, telephone, live chat, trade shows, events, referrals, and other business interactions.

Some RewardsCard.vip services process information on behalf of a business operating its own rewards or loyalty program. In those circumstances, the participating business may determine how and why information is used, and its privacy policy may also apply.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to an independent third-party website, service, platform, or business that maintains its own privacy policy, even if we link to or integrate with it.

2. Personal Information We Collect

Contact and Identity Information

We may collect names, business or organization names, job titles, billing and shipping addresses, email addresses, telephone numbers, account usernames or similar identifiers, and other information included in a request or communication.

Order and Transaction Information

When you request a quote, order merchandise, request samples, or purchase services, we may collect products and services requested or purchased, quantities, customization details, billing and delivery information, transaction history, tax-exemption or resale information, purchase-order and job numbers, proof approvals, customer-service records, and information needed to process, produce, ship, and support an order. Payment-card information may be processed directly by payment processors. We may receive limited transaction information, such as payment status, card type, and the last four digits, but do not necessarily receive or retain complete payment-card information.

Artwork and Customer Content

We may collect logos, trademarks, photographs, designs, names, artwork, documents, mailing lists, personalization information, and other materials provided for quoting, design, production, fulfillment, account administration, or customer support. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have authority to provide information concerning employees, customers, loyalty-program members, gift recipients, event participants, or other individuals.

Rewards and Loyalty Information

When a person participates in a program supported by RewardsCard.vip, we may collect names, contact information, membership identifiers, points, visits, punches, balances, redemption activity, transaction and participation history, offers, preferences, digital-wallet or pass information, communications, and support requests. The sponsoring business may provide additional information about its practices.

Communications and Lead Information

When you contact us or submit a lead, quote, demonstration, or contact form, we may collect the information entered, product or service preferences, budget, timing, quantity, records of emails, telephone calls and live chats, marketing preferences, referral source, appointment information, and notes created while responding. Submitting an inquiry authorizes us to contact you about that inquiry. It does not provide consent for automated or prerecorded marketing calls or marketing text messages.

Website and Device Information

We and our service providers may automatically collect IP addresses, browser and device types, operating systems, device identifiers, referring and exit pages, pages viewed, links selected, visit dates and times, approximate location derived from IP address, website interactions, session and diagnostic information, and cookie or tag identifiers.

Customer Relationship Management System

We use a customer relationship management system to manage inquiries, quotations, accounts, orders, communications, and related business records. Information submitted through our websites or provided during a business interaction may be stored and processed in this system, including contact and company information, inquiry details, transaction history, communications, preferences, and customer-service notes.

Live Chat

We use a live-chat service to answer inquiries, understand website interactions, and provide support. When you use live chat or visit a page where it is enabled, the service may collect chat content, information you provide, IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, referring page, date and time, approximate location derived from IP address, and session information. Chat and visitor information may be connected with customer records when reasonably necessary to respond or maintain a business relationship.

4. How We Disclose Personal Information

Service Providers and Contractors

We may disclose information to providers supporting website hosting, ecommerce, rewards infrastructure, digital-wallet passes, payment processing, customer relationship management, email delivery, live chat, cloud storage, accounting, analytics, security, fraud prevention, and professional consulting. They may process information only for authorized purposes and subject to applicable obligations.

Suppliers, Manufacturers, and Fulfillment Partners

We may provide order information, artwork, recipient names, delivery addresses, and instructions to manufacturers, decorators, distributors, warehouses, carriers, and fulfillment partners as needed to quote, produce, personalize, ship, or deliver merchandise. Some products may ship directly from a supplier.

Rewards and Loyalty Program Businesses

When RewardsCard.vip serves a participating business, we may disclose program and participant information to that business as necessary to administer its program. The participating business may use the information under its own privacy policy and is responsible for its independent practices.

Professional Advisers and Authorities

We may disclose information to attorneys, accountants, insurers, auditors, financial institutions, government agencies, courts, or law enforcement to comply with law, enforce agreements, collect amounts owed, protect rights and safety, investigate suspected fraud, or establish and defend legal claims.

Business Transfers

5. We Do Not Sell Personal Information

We do not sell personal information or exchange it with third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration.

We do not sell or distribute customer information, rewards-program information, quote requests, contact requests, or sales leads to unrelated businesses for their independent marketing.

6. We Do Not Share Information with Advertising Platforms

We do not share personal information with advertising platforms for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising.

We do not provide customer lists, website visitor information, online identifiers, quote requests, or transaction information to advertising platforms so those platforms can advertise to individuals across unrelated websites or services.

Because we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, we do not currently offer a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link. If our practices change, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any required opt-out mechanism before beginning the new practice.

7. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We and our service providers may use cookies, tags, local storage, and similar technologies to operate websites, maintain sessions and carts, remember preferences, support login, provide live chat, prevent fraud, improve security, understand general website use, diagnose technical problems, and improve performance and content.

We do not use cookies to sell personal information or share it with advertising platforms for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may manage cookies through browser settings and any preference tool we provide. Blocking necessary or functional cookies may prevent portions of a website from working correctly.

8. Email Marketing

We may send promotional emails as permitted by law. Marketing emails provide a way to unsubscribe. You may unsubscribe through the email link or by contacting customerservice@onlocationmarketing.com.

An unsubscribe request does not prevent nonpromotional communications concerning an inquiry, quote, order, transaction, account, rewards program, customer service, security, legal notice, or existing business relationship.

We do not send marketing text messages or place automated or prerecorded marketing calls.

9. Telephone Communications

If you provide a telephone number for an inquiry, quote, order, account, rewards program, or support request, we may call as reasonably necessary to respond or administer the transaction or service.

We do not use an automatic telephone dialing system or artificial or prerecorded voice for marketing calls. We do not send marketing SMS or text messages.

10. Data Retention

We retain personal information as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, maintain customer and transaction records, complete and support orders, operate rewards and loyalty programs, preserve artwork and claim records, meet tax and legal duties, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and maintain email suppression lists.

Retention periods vary based on the information, service, relationship, legal requirements, and operational needs. When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we may delete, de-identify, or securely dispose of it.

11. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

No website, electronic transmission, storage system, or security measure can guarantee complete security. Customers and users are responsible for protecting account credentials and reporting suspected unauthorized activity.

12. Children’s Privacy

Our general business, marketing, promotional-product, and website services are intended for businesses and adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through our general websites.

A business using RewardsCard.vip is responsible for determining whether its program is appropriate for minors and obtaining any consent required for information it directs us to process. If you believe a child provided information without appropriate authorization, contact customerservice@onlocationmarketing.com.
