Effective date: September 15, 2026

Overview

On Location Marketing LLC respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information across our websites, services, customer accounts, purchases, loyalty and rewards programs, promotional-products operations, digital-signage services, customer support, and related business activities.

This policy applies to On Location Marketing and the affiliated brands and services it operates, including RewardsCard.vip, We’ve Got Swag, and DigitalSignage by On Location Marketing. In this policy, “On Location Marketing,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer collectively to On Location Marketing LLC and these affiliated brands.

We do not sell personal information. We also do not share personal information with unrelated parties for their own marketing or for cross-context behavioral advertising. Information may be used across our affiliated brands when needed to provide services, support customers, understand business performance, maintain security, and improve our operations. We may also disclose limited information to service providers that process it only on our behalf or when disclosure is required by law.

  • Rewards and loyalty information, such as memberships, participating businesses, points, punches, rewards, vouchers, redemption activity, enrollment details, and program communications.
  • Promotional-products information, such as artwork, logos, personalization details, recipient or delivery information, product selections, project specifications, and purchase records.

  • Communications and submissions, including inquiries, quote requests, survey responses, reviews, support requests, and other information you choose to provide.

Information Collected Automatically

When you use our websites or online services, we may automatically collect device and usage information. This may include Internet Protocol address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring and exit pages, pages or features viewed, dates and times of access, approximate location inferred from an Internet Protocol address, links clicked, session activity, cookie or similar identifiers, and diagnostic or security information.

We use this information to operate and secure our services, understand website usage, evaluate purchase and participation trends, measure internal performance, identify technical problems, and improve customer experiences. We do not use this information to sell personal information or to permit unrelated parties to build advertising profiles for their own purposes.

Information From Other Sources

We may receive information from a business customer administering a loyalty program, an authorized account administrator, a supplier, a fulfillment or shipping provider, a payment processor, a referral source, or another service provider involved in completing a transaction or delivering a requested service. We may combine that information with information we already maintain when reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy.

How We Use Information

  • Provide, administer, personalize, and support our services and customer accounts.
  • Process orders, quotes, payments, rewards, redemptions, deliveries, returns, and service requests.
  • Operate RewardsCard.vip programs for participating businesses and their members.
  • Produce and fulfill promotional products, branded merchandise, print materials, and related projects.
  • Configure, operate, maintain, and support digital-signage services.
  • Communicate about accounts, transactions, service notices, support matters, and requested information.
  • Send marketing communications when permitted by law and consistent with the choices available to you.
  • Analyze website usage, purchase patterns, campaign performance, loyalty participation, and service trends for internal planning and improvement.
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our terms.
  • Maintain records, enforce agreements, protect legal rights, and comply with applicable laws.

How Information Is Disclosed

We do not sell personal information. We do not disclose personal information to unrelated parties for their own direct marketing, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We may disclose personal information in the following limited circumstances:

  • Within our affiliated brands. On Location Marketing, RewardsCard.vip, We’ve Got Swag, and DigitalSignage by On Location Marketing may access information when needed to provide coordinated services, maintain customer records, provide support, analyze internal trends, and operate the business.
  • To service providers. Vendors may process information on our behalf for functions such as website hosting, cloud storage, communications, analytics, customer relationship management, payment processing, fraud prevention, production, fulfillment, shipping, and technical support. They receive only the information reasonably needed to perform the contracted service and may not use it for their own independent marketing.
  • At your direction or with your consent. We may disclose information when you ask us to, authorize an integration, request delivery to another person, or otherwise consent to a specific disclosure.
  • For legal and safety purposes. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, or a lawful government request; enforce agreements; protect rights, property, or safety; or detect and address fraud or security concerns.
  • In a business transaction. Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our websites and online services may use cookies, pixels, local storage, software development kits, log files, and similar technologies. Some are necessary for account access, shopping-cart functions, preferences, security, and core service operation. Others help us understand traffic, feature use, conversion activity, and purchase trends for internal analytics.

You may be able to limit cookies through your browser or device settings. Blocking necessary technologies may prevent certain features from working. Where required, we will provide additional cookie choices or notices. Because we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, we do not use opt-out signals to continue conduct that this policy states we do not perform. We will recognize legally required browser-based privacy signals where applicable.

Marketing Communications

You may unsubscribe from promotional email by using the unsubscribe link in the message or contacting us. Even if you opt out of promotional communications, we may still send non-promotional messages about accounts, orders, rewards, security, support, or other transactions. Loyalty-program communications may also be controlled through available account or program settings.

Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Retention periods depend on factors such as the duration of an account or customer relationship, transaction and warranty requirements, loyalty-program administration, contractual commitments, security needs, dispute resolution, recordkeeping obligations, and applicable law. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete, deidentify, or securely dispose of it.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Customers are responsible for protecting their account credentials and notifying us if they believe an account or credential has been compromised.

Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may have rights concerning your personal information. These may include the right to request access to or information about personal information we maintain, request correction, request deletion, obtain a portable copy, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, opt out of certain disclosures, or appeal a decision regarding a request. You may also have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising a privacy right.

To submit a privacy request, use our support portal or contact us using the information in the Contact Us section below. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, but we may require proof of authorization and direct identity verification. Certain information may be retained or excluded from a request when permitted by law, including information needed to complete transactions, protect security, maintain required records, or establish and defend legal claims.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Therefore, we do not currently offer a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” mechanism for activities we do not conduct. If our practices change, we will update this policy and provide any legally required choices before beginning the new practice.

Business Customers and Loyalty Programs

Some services are provided for business customers. For example, a participating business may determine why and how member information is used in its RewardsCard.vip program, while we process information to operate and support that program. In those circumstances, the participating business may be responsible for responding to certain privacy requests. If we receive a request concerning information controlled by one of our business customers, we may direct the request to that business or assist it as required by contract and law.

Children

RewardsCard.vip member accounts are intended for individuals who are at least 13 years old. Business, partner, purchasing, and administrative accounts are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old and authorized to act for the applicable organization. Our websites and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without authorization required by law. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us inappropriately, contact us so we can review and address the information.

Our websites and services may contain links to websites, applications, or services operated by others. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We encourage you to review those policies before providing information.

Visitors Outside the United States

On Location Marketing operates from the United States. If you access our services from another country, your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States or another location where our service providers operate, subject to applicable law.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our services, practices, technology, or legal obligations. The effective date at the top of the policy shows when it was last revised. If a change materially affects how we use personal information, we will provide additional notice when required by law.
